SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 2 C flour 1/2 t baking soda 1 1/2 t baking powder 1 C butter 1 1/4 C sugar 2 eggs 1 C sour cream 1 t vanilla 1/4 C brown sugar 5 t cinnamon 3/4 C chopped pecans or walnuts 1) Mix dry ingredients 2) Mix wet ingredients together in mix master 3) Add dry to wet slowly and mix until just combined (do not over mix) 4) Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured bundt or tube pan 5) Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts before sprinkling evenly over batter 6) Pour the rest of the batter into pan 7) Place in cold oven and set temperature for 350 8) Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
