18 large apples (Rome Beauty ??? for baking)
2 cups raisins
6 tablespoons pine nuts
4 grated rind of lemon
18 tablespoons honey (local)
1 cup Marsala wine 
2 cups water

wash, core apples (where is the apple corer, i saw it but now can not find it) do not peel
arrange in shallow baking dish
spoon some raisins,pine nuts, lemon rind and honey into each apple
pour a little Marsala over the tops
bake 1 hour, till apples are tender
baste once or twice during cooking
