Pesto Pasta 6 cups parsley 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 10 garlic cloves ½ cup olive oil 16oz cream cheese 1 cup parmesan cheese 3 pounds pasta Cook pasta. Cut stems off parsley. Mix parsley, basil, garlic, and olive oil in blender or food processor until finely chopped. Add softened cream cheese and stir thoroughly. Add to pasta. Eat.
