PUMPKIN CAKE 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 cup oil 1 15oz. can pumpkin 2 cups flour (wheat works well in this recipe) 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking soda 3 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of each: cloves, ginger, and nutmeg Preheat oven to 350 1) Mix eggs and sugar in mix master 2) Add oil and pumpkin 3) Combine dry ingredients in a seperate bowl 4) Mix dry ingredients into wet slowly and only until just combined (don't overmix) 5) Bake in greased and floured tube or bundt pan for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. (If you use a 9x13 pan thebaking time could be as little as 30 minutes)
