House Officer Descriptions
- Board Representative
- Represents the house at board meetings, communicates upcoming issues and changed policies to the house.
- Education Officer
- Organizes educational events for the house, attends EdCom meetings, and assists with Coop Week trainings and New Member Orientation.
- Kitchen Manager
- Monitors cook recipes, makes house shopping lists, keeps kitchen stocked, and maintains sanitary food storage.
- Labor Czar
- Allocates and monitors all house labor, administers labor fines.
- Maintenance Officer
- Performs minor house repairs and reports major repairs to the ICC Facilities Administrator, attends Maintenance Committee meetings.
- Membership Officer
- The main resource for new members, attends MemCom meetings, keeps house manuals and the staff up to date with current house policies.
- Treasurer
- Sets and maintains house budget including house food account, attends FiCom meetings, pays house bills.
- Trustee
- Schedules house meetings, mediates problems on the house level, and sees that ICC, local, federal, and state policies are followed at the house level, attends trustee meetings.
