Available Rooms in ICC Austin’s Housing Communities: Apply today for spring 2024 and/or the upcoming school year!
Fall 2024 spaces are reserved for students who currently receive, or are qualified to receive, need-based financial aid (or will receive, or will qualify to receive need-based financial aid for the 2024-25 school year) through July 15, 2024.
We’re in the process of renewing leases for current residents, but rest assured the “Pending” status for all the fall 2024 rooms will change, and there will be a lot of space available for new folks. So please do apply.
Shared rooms are indicated by letters “a” or “b” after the room number (or two letters for Helios rooms), and the letters F or M indicate the current roommate gender. If no gender is listed in a half-occupied room, it means that the current member doesn’t have a gender preference for their roommate.
