Maintenance Requests

If there's a problem in your house, contact your house maintenance officer first.

If your house MO isn't available and it's a pressing issue, or if you're the house MO and there's a problem beyond your ability to deal with it, then fill out the form below to get help from the ICC Facilities Administrator (FA). The FA will come to your house and check it out or provide at least a written response (which you can check by viewing the Status of pending requests).

For emergencies, please consult the Emergency Contact sheet that should be posted by the phones in your house. (It's the house MO's job to make certain that this list is posted.)

Checklist before filling out the form

Have you:

  • Investigated the problem?
  • Attempted to remedy the situation? *
  • Exhausted all house resources to fix the problem? *
  • Spoken with your maintenance officer?
  • Prepared yourself to give a reasonably detailed report?
  • Any thoughts on how the problem should be solved?

* Remember, never do anything that you can't do safely. That's what insured, knowledgeable contractors are for.
