Available Rooms in ICC Austin’s Housing Communities: Apply today!

We are currently signing leases for the spring 2021 semester and will begin the leasing process for summer and fall 2021, and spring 2022 rooms in early January. Apply now to get on the waitlist!. Through May 2021, fall 2021 rooms will only be available for need-based financial aid recipients. The rosters show all the rooms as pending while we complete our current-member resigning, but rest assured there will be around 100 available spots for new members.

Rooms listed as “NBFA Available” are only available to students who are currently receiving or have been awarded future need-based financial aid.

Shared rooms are indicated by letters “a” or “b” after the room number (or two letters for Helios rooms), and the letters F or M indicate the current roommate gender. If no gender is listed in a half-occupied room, it means that the current member doesn’t have a gender preference for their roommate.
